Super Junior(‘s concert) tickets were all snatched up during this morning’s sale

November 20, 2010

Coming to Singapore for a concert on January 29th next year;
Super Junior(‘s concert) tickets were all snatched up during this morning’s sale

5000 tickets of Super Junior’s first Singapore concert, have all been snatched up this morning!

Concert organizer Running Into the Sun (RITS) immediately, (to) help those who couldn’t get their tickets, asked the Korean side, looking to add another show.

Super Junior (SJ) will be holding Super Show 3 concert at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on January 29th next year; this morning 5000 tickets, through SISTIC’s website, hotline and Authorised Agents went on sale. Many fans, in order to secure their tickets, had already started their overnight queuing party yesterday. Last night, there were already over 400 fans waiting outside The Heeren, among which were also Mother fans close to 50yearsold that brought their daughters along to queue. Parkway Parade in the east also attracted a crowd of fans that queued overnight, hoping to be first in getting the tickets.

RITS announced beforehand that in order to to ease the ticket sales, as well as to prevent website server crashes, they will be allocating 1500 rockpit tickets to be sold at The Heeren’s 5 ticketing booths; the other 3500 will be sold through websites, hotlines and the other Authorised Agents.

As of 11.30am this morning, all 3500 tickets have been snatched up. The organizer at The Heeren gave the fans 500 queue numbers, and assuming everyone is limited to 4 tickets, all the remaining 1500 tickets will be sold. That means, SS3’s 5000 tickets have all been snatched up by fans this morning!

RITS said that after receiving news of the ticket sales, they have already started talks with the Korean side on adding another show.

(Additional Info)
* 1000 tickets sold in 15minutes
* Many fans queued but couldn’t get their tickets

SS3 Ticket sales and collection information

November 8, 2010

Hey guys,

There have been a lot of questions going on regarding ticket sales for SS3 Singapore so we’ve decided to put together a compilation of answers which applies to both local and overseas E.L.F and we hope that it will come in useful when you buy/collect your tickets ^^

Once again, thank you for all your support and encouragement – you all are amazing ♥

1. Ticket sales

OCBC Card-holders and Singtel + Samsung subscribers

For these people, tickets can be bought on the 20th of November 2010, and sales will start from 10am onwards.

If you’re an Singapore OCBC Card-holder (both debit and credit-cards are allowed), tickets can be purchased either via the SISTIC website, through SISTIC’s hotline ((+65)63485555), or through ALL SISTIC authorised agents (excluding the Hereen outlet). If you are planning to buy the tickets via a SISTIC authorised agent, please ensure that the OCBC card-holder is present as well as debit and credit-card require signatures before the payment and transaction to go through.

If you’re a Singtel + Samsung subscriber (both pre-paid and post-paid), tickets can ONLY be purchased at SISTIC authorised agents, which also includes the Hereen outlet. To verify that you are a Singtel + Samsung subscriber, you will need to flash the Singtel logo at the point of purchase. The operator logo can be found usually on the top of the screen. Depending on what mobile/handphone network provider you’re with, it usually says ‘Singtel’, ‘M1’ or ‘Starhub’.

Only at the Hereen outlet:

– The Heereen counters are exclusive for Samsung + Singtel priority booking ONLY (that means OCBC card-holders cannot purchase their tickets there)
– The Hereen outlet will be selling over 1000+ tickets to the Moshpit area.
– There will be 5 SISTIC counters just for Super Show 3 customers (this might mean the queue might move quicker and that you’ll be able to purchase your tickets faster).

Non-OCBC Card-holders and non Singtel + Samsung subscribers

For this group of people, tickets can only be bought from the 23rd of November 2010 onwards.

Tickets can be bought either through the SISTIC website, through SISTIC’s hotline ((+65)63485555), or via a SISTIC authorised agent.

Important Note: A maximum of 4 tickets per person are allowed for everyone

2. Ticket collection

If you purchase your tickets directly from an authorised SISTIC agent, you will be able to collect your ticket immediately.

However, if you purchase via the SISTIC website or through the SISTIC Hotline, you will need to collect your tickets as per the options below:

Note: Delivery may vary for different events so those are only possible options, not confirmed ones.

(a) From Authorised Agents no later than 1 day (by 8pm) before show time – (there will be a $0.20 fee and overseas agents will levy an additional fee for the convenience provided to customers upon collection of ticket(s))
(b) Registered Mail** – S$3.00
(c) Courier** – S$15.00

Please note for option (a), the following documents are required for verification purposes:
– The Credit/Debit Card used for the purchase.
– NRIC/Passport/FIN Card

If the credit/debit cardholder is unable to collect the products and would like to appoint someone else to collect on his/her behalf, the authorized person is required to bring the following:
– A letter of authorization signed by the credit/debit cardholder.
– A photocopy of the credit/debit cardholder’s NRIC/Passport/FIN Card.
– His/Her original NRIC/Passport/FIN Card.

Important Note #1: Authorized Agents reserves the right not to release tickets if the above documents are not in order.

Options (b) and (c) are also possible ways to receive your tickets. However, SISTIC clearly states that they shall not take responsibility for undelivered mail so we would suggest that if you’re afraid of the tickets getting lost in the mail, option (a) would be the safest option for you.

3. For everyone buying tickets online

Yes, we’ve scouted out the SISTIC online purchasing system – call us paranoid but by doing so we are now able to bring you this tip on how you can secure your tickets even more quickly so it all works out in the end right? ^^

1. In ‘Step 2 of 4: Seat Offer’ page, new SISTIC customers will need to enter your email address and sign in at the bottom of the SISTIC page. This will then lead you to a page which requires you to fill in your particulars, which includes the following compulsory fields:

Email Address:
First Name:
Last Name:
NRIC/Passport/FIN number:
Gender:
Date of Birth:
Address:
Contact number:

However, if you have used the SISTIC website before to purchase your tickets, you will have gotten a password and if you enter that password under the ‘Sign In’ box, you will not need to spend time filling in the fields above. Instead, the SISTIC system will just bring it up automatically.

This is as you would have already entered those details into SISTIC’s system the last time you bought tickets using the SISTIC website, and the SISTIC website would have saved the details that you had entered in :p

So, we would encourage you to get a SISTIC password so that you can skip the filling in of details steps, you’ll get a password as long as you buy ANY ticket using a credit/debit card (yes, even a $5 ticket,) so if you can, get one or find someone who has one to save you time!

Hopefully this will post will clear up some of the questions that you’ve might have had and speed up the buying process and enable you to get your tickets faster 🙂 Good luck!

Marry U fanchant changes + SISTIC’s reply

November 5, 2010

Hey all!

1. Regarding Marry U fanchant:

In the lyrics we posted, there’s two paragraphs that are actually on-going at the end:

Himdeulgo uhryuhwuhdo (I do) [saranghae]
Neul naega isseulgge (I do) [saranghae]
Woori hamggehaneun manheun nal dongan (I do)
Maeil gamsahalge (My love)

Naega geudae ege deuril guhseun sarangbakke uhbjyo
Geujuh geuppuninguhl bojalguhtuhbjyo
Suhtulluhboigo manhi bujokhaedo naui sarang
Naui geudae jikyuhjulgeyo
Hangajiman yaksokhaejullae? Museunil issuhdo
Woori suhro saranghagiro geuppuniya

We realised these two are actually on-going at the same time, so it wouldn’t actually make sense to memorise both. Our apologies!

Well, what does this mean? It means you actually have one less paragraph to memorise~! ^^
We’ve decided to memorise the Chorus instead, i.e. the one in bold, because Eunhyuk’s rap might not go well with a large number of people singing XD

Please take note of this when memorising! ^o^

2. Regarding your questions on Debit cards + other OCBC cards for pre-sale booking

This is what SISTIC replied:

SISTIC: Please be informed that we do not have the full details of the event Super Junior as of yet. You may wish to visit our website on a regular basis for the latest updates.

So keep a look-out okay? We’ll post whatever information we get~~

Translated important points of SS3 Article

November 4, 2010

The article is from here~~

– The concert seats are not open for the fans to choose. You can only choose the sections.

(i) That’s because fans waste a lot of time choosing their favorite seats, and therefore waste a lot of time.
(ii) You will automatically be allocated the best seat(s) available as of the time you book.

– SJ will be changing the usual practice of local concerts starting only at 8.30pm; (starting) 2hours earlier, (they will be) cooking an amazing 3hr show for the fans at 6:30 in the evening.

(i) Starting the concert earlier was mainly due SJ taking into consideration their large group of younger student fans, the safety problems when they go home at night after watching the 3hr concert.

– The tickets are not free-seating, fans need not queue early in order to snatch the good seats.

Shindong’s name in U fanchant!

October 28, 2010

Hello!

Some of you had feedback to us that you would like Shindong’s name in the fanchant for U, and even gave some suggestions as well 😀 In lieu of that, we’ve decided to create a poll to see what all of you guys think!

It’s taken us a while, but now it’s up. Here’s a brief explanation about the poll choices, which are suggestions given to us by you followers! 😀

1. Chanting his name after Hankyung’s part, which is now being sung by Donghae

This came about due to the fact that Donghae has his name being chanted at another part already, which means his name will be chanted twice. We could use Shindong’s name during one of them. (:

2. Chanting his name right at the end of the song

This was another suggestion; we could chant his name loud at the end as well.

3. Leave the fanchant as it is and exclude his name

Since we’re looking for general opinion we’ll be leave this here; however we hope people would choose option 1 or 2 instead. We all aim to make the boys feel welcomed and happy here, right? (:

So here’s the link!
Go do the poll! It’s only 1 question and won’t take 5 seconds.
We’ll see what the final outcome of the poll is and make our decision from there, altering this part of the fanchant whichever way it is.
THE SURVEY CLOSES ON 6TH NOVEMBER.

Thankyou!

SISTIC tutorial for Online Booking of tickets

October 24, 2010

Sorry for the long wait, here’s the tutorial!

Please take note that what you see here might not be the actual one that you get when you buy SS3 tickets. There will be minor changes here and there, and this is the just the general representation of what you will be going through. We can’t post the actual one as the tickets haven’t been released ^^

For this tutorial we will be using Korean Pop Night (KPop Night) as an example.

1. Go to http://sistic.com.sg.

Go to the box “Events” at the top and scroll down to Super Show 3.

2. It will bring you to this page.

The page shows you details of the concert.

Click “Check availability or Buy Tickets”.

3. The next page will show you the concert seating plan.

In this case however, the venue is different. Considering that SS3@SG is held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium with a circular stage, it might be possible that what you see is this:

4. Scroll down and you see the Seating details, and the Booking details. Check if the seats you want is available!

5. Select the category, price and number of tickets.

The system will automatically assign you the best seat(s) available in the category that you’ve chosen.

6. You see the seats.

If you’re happy with it, go on to step 7!

If not, you have to cancel and do all over again. (:

7. Okay with your seats? Choose your tickets delivery choice and click “Proceed to Payment”!

From here on I can’t help you since I didn’t buy the ticket, but you need your credit card details. It should be more or less the same as when you buy from YesAsia etc! ^^

Things to note:
1. You only have 10 Mins for each transaction!
2. Have your credit card details ready on hand~ Including the CVV. (What’s a CVV?)
3. What we have here is a general presentation of what you might get when you go on to SISTIC. Certain details might change here and there when the actual tickets are released!

This post will be further edited with some selected questions from SISTIC’s site, keep a lookout for updates! ^^

Article on SS3 Singapore 19/10/10

October 19, 2010

Supershow 3 tickets will start selling next month; the most expensive ticket will be (SGD)$208!

Super Junior’s Singapore concert Super Show 3 that is being anticipated by thousands will start selling on 20th November; the tickets are precious, (as) there are only around 5000 tickets!

Ever since the organizer Running Into The Sun (RITS, subsidiary of Fly Entertainment) announced in August that Korea’s super band Super Junior (SJ) will be coming to Singapore for the first time on 29th January next year to hold a large-scale concert Super Show 3, fans everywhere had been trying to restrain their excitedness, waiting anxiously for details if the ticket sales.

RITS officially announced today, (that the) concert’s tickets will start selling on the 20th of November; the tickets are very precious, (as) there are only around 5000 ticets. What’s different from other concerts (is that), the ticket prices are only separated into two categories, (SGD)$208 and (SGD)$158 (excluding the $3 SISTIC ticket booking fee)

Super Show 3 will be held at Singapore Indoor Staidum, The stage design will be something never seen before in Singapore, no matter where you’re sitting, the clever design of the four-sided stage, will be able to let the audience experience the same visual feast.

The special two-storey circular stage with underground tunnels, is bound to bring about a series of surprises; the stell wires will also enable SJ to be able to fly at the centre of the stage. Quite a few stage equipement are all being flown directly from Seoul (the first stop of the concert).

RITS’s creative director Beatrice Chia-Richmond explains, “This concert will closely follow the style of (the one) in Seoul, those who have seen Seoul’s concert will know. It’s production will be like a 3D movie, (the SJ) members will be performing at places you will never think of.”

Fanchant practice session poll!

October 18, 2010

Hello!

Some of you have been asking about having meet-ups for fanchant rehearsals, and we like that idea too!

So! This is a poll to see how many of you might be interested in this! ^^

WHAT:

A basic idea of what we will be doing then:

– Practicing fanchants for Sorry Sorry, Don’t Don, U, Bonamana, No Other

– Practicing the singing of Marry U for our concert project

– Register if you want to buy stickys

– If possible, we’re looking into playing some light games too!

– Also, you can see us in real life. :X

The aim of the whole event, besides practicing our fanchants, would also be for us to bond with you all! ^^

It will probably be 3 – 4 hrs long, and we’re looking to book a hall for this event.

That said, booking a hall would cost a few hundred or so, thus we would most probably collect an admission fee, probably around SGD$1 – SGD$2, depending on number of people coming and the size of the hall that we book. (:

Please tell us if you would be interested! ^^
