Hey guys,
There have been a lot of questions going on regarding ticket sales for SS3 Singapore so we’ve decided to put together a compilation of answers which applies to both local and overseas E.L.F and we hope that it will come in useful when you buy/collect your tickets ^^
Once again, thank you for all your support and encouragement – you all are amazing ♥
1. Ticket sales
OCBC Card-holders and Singtel + Samsung subscribers
For these people, tickets can be bought on the 20th of November 2010, and sales will start from 10am onwards.
If you’re an Singapore OCBC Card-holder (both debit and credit-cards are allowed), tickets can be purchased either via the SISTIC website, through SISTIC’s hotline ((+65)63485555), or through ALL SISTIC authorised agents (excluding the Hereen outlet). If you are planning to buy the tickets via a SISTIC authorised agent, please ensure that the OCBC card-holder is present as well as debit and credit-card require signatures before the payment and transaction to go through.
If you’re a Singtel + Samsung subscriber (both pre-paid and post-paid), tickets can ONLY be purchased at SISTIC authorised agents, which also includes the Hereen outlet. To verify that you are a Singtel + Samsung subscriber, you will need to flash the Singtel logo at the point of purchase. The operator logo can be found usually on the top of the screen. Depending on what mobile/handphone network provider you’re with, it usually says ‘Singtel’, ‘M1’ or ‘Starhub’.
Only at the Hereen outlet:
– The Heereen counters are exclusive for Samsung + Singtel priority booking ONLY (that means OCBC card-holders cannot purchase their tickets there)
– The Hereen outlet will be selling over 1000+ tickets to the Moshpit area.
– There will be 5 SISTIC counters just for Super Show 3 customers (this might mean the queue might move quicker and that you’ll be able to purchase your tickets faster).
Non-OCBC Card-holders and non Singtel + Samsung subscribers
For this group of people, tickets can only be bought from the 23rd of November 2010 onwards.
Tickets can be bought either through the SISTIC website, through SISTIC’s hotline ((+65)63485555), or via a SISTIC authorised agent.
Important Note: A maximum of 4 tickets per person are allowed for everyone
2. Ticket collection
If you purchase your tickets directly from an authorised SISTIC agent, you will be able to collect your ticket immediately.
However, if you purchase via the SISTIC website or through the SISTIC Hotline, you will need to collect your tickets as per the options below:
Note: Delivery may vary for different events so those are only possible options, not confirmed ones.
(a) From Authorised Agents no later than 1 day (by 8pm) before show time – (there will be a $0.20 fee and overseas agents will levy an additional fee for the convenience provided to customers upon collection of ticket(s))
(b) Registered Mail** – S$3.00
(c) Courier** – S$15.00
Please note for option (a), the following documents are required for verification purposes:
– The Credit/Debit Card used for the purchase.
– NRIC/Passport/FIN Card
If the credit/debit cardholder is unable to collect the products and would like to appoint someone else to collect on his/her behalf, the authorized person is required to bring the following:
– A letter of authorization signed by the credit/debit cardholder.
– A photocopy of the credit/debit cardholder’s NRIC/Passport/FIN Card.
– His/Her original NRIC/Passport/FIN Card.
Important Note #1: Authorized Agents reserves the right not to release tickets if the above documents are not in order.
Options (b) and (c) are also possible ways to receive your tickets. However, SISTIC clearly states that they shall not take responsibility for undelivered mail so we would suggest that if you’re afraid of the tickets getting lost in the mail, option (a) would be the safest option for you.
3. For everyone buying tickets online
Yes, we’ve scouted out the SISTIC online purchasing system – call us paranoid but by doing so we are now able to bring you this tip on how you can secure your tickets even more quickly so it all works out in the end right? ^^
1. In ‘Step 2 of 4: Seat Offer’ page, new SISTIC customers will need to enter your email address and sign in at the bottom of the SISTIC page. This will then lead you to a page which requires you to fill in your particulars, which includes the following compulsory fields:
Email Address:
First Name:
Last Name:
NRIC/Passport/FIN number:
Gender:
Date of Birth:
Address:
Contact number:
However, if you have used the SISTIC website before to purchase your tickets, you will have gotten a password and if you enter that password under the ‘Sign In’ box, you will not need to spend time filling in the fields above. Instead, the SISTIC system will just bring it up automatically.
This is as you would have already entered those details into SISTIC’s system the last time you bought tickets using the SISTIC website, and the SISTIC website would have saved the details that you had entered in :p
So, we would encourage you to get a SISTIC password so that you can skip the filling in of details steps, you’ll get a password as long as you buy ANY ticket using a credit/debit card (yes, even a $5 ticket,) so if you can, get one or find someone who has one to save you time!
Hopefully this will post will clear up some of the questions that you’ve might have had and speed up the buying process and enable you to get your tickets faster 🙂 Good luck!
